Please include the following information with your request:

  •  The reason for the refund request.
  •  The applicant’s name.
  •  The email used in the application.
  •  A refund can only be processed back to the same credit card used for the original payment.

Refund requests are responded to within 1 business day. You will receive notification by email of your refund request once it has been reviewed and actioned. If you request a chargeback from your card company or bank, funds may not be credited to your account for up to 6 months.

If your document Renewal application has been approved by the authority concern and delivered by email to you a legal processing and authorization fee is deducted from the refund. This is because your application has been processed, approved and emailed to you.

Any rejected applications are unconditionally refunded by us and processed within 1 business day. Payment information including Credit and Debit Card details provided to us.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within two (2) hours upon receipt of your complete documentary requirements. Orders with Urgent Processing are processed within twenty (20) minutes, instead of the standard 2-hour processing time. The digital copy is sent via email immediately via our automated system once the document has been approved.

For the multiple documents Order, please allow up to 3 business days for printing and fulfillment due to the shipping limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. You will receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing the order.

The transit time or delivery time stated on the checkout page depends on your shipping country. All delivery times are estimated values given by couriers and the mailing services we use to get your documents to you. The below details summarize the available shipping methods and their corresponding transit times:

  • FedEx International Express: up to 5 business days
  • Standard Postal Mailing Service: varies per country; up to 20 business days

If your tracking details do not show any sign of movement or you believe your package is lost, please contact us through our customer service channels. As much as we would love to help you with your shipping issues, we have limited visibility on shipping and transit as the order is no longer in our warehouse.
